You are motivated to do sports at home and especially to give yourself a moment of well-being when you wake up before work or at the end of the day before the children come home from school. The trick is to start off on the right footing to keep up this new physical activity at home for several months. Here are our tips to help you stick to it!

Whether it's
doing yoga at home, practicing fitness at home, or trying your hand at home
cycling, if you want to stay motivated over the long term, it's important that
you have goals! Losing weight, eliminating your love handles, building muscles,
taking care of yourself by giving yourself a special time, decompressing on a
daily basis... Define your goal and stick to it!
In order not
to get discouraged on the way, it is essential that your goal has a deadline!
By noting the date on a calendar or an agenda in a very visible way, it will
motivate you and push you to do your sessions to get there! Having a deadline
gives courage.
DOING SPORTS AT HOME: A REAL TIME-SAVER!
For busy
schedules, the argument for doing sport at home is precisely the time saving it
offers. For example, you can go elliptical biking in your pyjamas, with the
television and then take a shower. No wasting time in traffic jams on the way
to the gym! It's always easy to find 20 minutes or even 30 minutes at home to
get into sport, without running out of time!
In fact, to
make sure you stay motivated to do sports at home, we recommend that you start
as soon as you wake up! Indeed, the morning is the best time for your home
sports sessions: you still have the whole day ahead of you, the children are
still sleeping... Doing sport in the evening is often a little more
complicated, because all the family logistics are in motion or you are tired
from your working day. So, once your session is over, your day can finally
really start, straight away with breakfast!
If you're
really not a morning person or tend to get stressed after a day's work, carpet
running in the evening can also be a way to unwind and let off steam. It's up
to you to determine the best time of day to do a workout and don't give up!
A GOOD
ATMOSPHERE FOR DOING SPORTS AT HOME
The exercise
bike should not be a punishment... So avoid putting it in your garage, or at
the end of a corridor because you don't have room at home. On the contrary,
place it close to a television that you can watch while riding your bike, which
will allow you to do things at once and not see your workout go by.
Likewise, if
you're exercising at home, we advise you to put on a playlist of motivating
music, which will give you pep for the rest of the day! The important thing is
to create a pleasant climate and atmosphere, which will motivate you to do
sport!
THINK ABOUT THE SAVINGS
Playing
sports at home is free apart from a nice motivating sports outfit! Without
taking money out of your pocket, you benefit from a personalized training
