hey guys, welcome back today we are going to be doing a 15 minute love-handle fat blasting workouts I get a lot of questions from people asking me how it is possible for them to lose that last bit of fat the lower belly fat would love handles that's where a lot of people struggle with losing fat so I wanted to quickly touch on that today before we get started with this workout the first thing that we need to remember when it comes to fat loss is that we cannot spot reduce fat so if you are doing a arm workout that's not necessarily going to target arm fat if you are doing a thigh workout that's not necessarily going to target thigh fat fat loss is an all over body process and for a lot of people this area is the last place for you to lose fat that's where we hold a lot of our fat stores another thing that we need to remember when it comes to fat loss is that we really need to incorporate doing more cardio more types of exercises that's going to get our heart rate up it's going to get us breathing heavy because that's how we're going to burn the fat so doing a mix of strength and cardio exercises strengthening exercises to help tone those muscles underneath and then also those cardio exercises to get us burning the fat and getting us nice and sweaty and breathing heavy that's going to be the perfect combination to lose fat so for today's workout I have included exercises that are strengthening exercise that are going to focus on our obliques and lower abs but I've also included some exercises to help us get our heart rate up and keep the pace a little bit higher throughout this workout rather than just focusing on strengthening and toning so it's gonna be a really nice mix today we're going to be doing seven different exercises 45 seconds on 15 seconds off and then at the end of our round we're going to hold a 30 second plank and then we'll get right back into it for round 2 and that's going to total 15 minutes so all you will need for this workout is yourself a little bit of space a soft surface such as a yoga mat because we are going to be on the ground I'll lengthen
